Smoked eel is the result of traditional smoking with oak wood while respecting all the traditional steps of smoking and maturation. It is then delicately filleted to offer you a delicious flesh. Its strong yet smooth taste will not leave you indifferent. Try it with some pastas and cream for a seafood carbonara.
