Dry Porcini

Our dry Porcini (latin name Boletus Edulis) are carefully hand selected and sorted. Considered as one of the finest mushrooms, porcini have caps that can grow up to a foot long.
Their rich earthy and umami taste make them perfect for a stock, a soup or a stuffing.
