The Autumn Truffle, also known as the Burgundy Truffle, is selected by the Poron family in France where it can be found at its best. A delicious treat with a chocolate smell and a hazelnut taste.

Conservation : 

In a fridge between 2C° and 5C° (35F and 41F). In a plastic jar with a dry tissue to be changed everyday. Can also be put in a jar with fresh eggs to flavor them naturally.

Best before :  7 - 10 days

Season : End of September to End of November
